About the role

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for responsibility, design freedom, and the hunger to create amazing spaces and revolutionize the definition of workspace. The role includes designing both standard, custom and managed WeWork locations. We are searching for a MEP Revit Modeller who will be responsible for drafting/modelling MEP services on REVIT with proficient knowledge on MEP design calculations, DBRs & SLDs.

What you'll do

  • Technical expertise in Software Tools-Revit MEP, BIM 360, AutoCAD MEP and Navisworks Manage
  • Ensure all stages of dwgs from Critical set to Tender set to GFC set to As-built are properly categorized and saved on Autodesk/Procure( in collaboration with the PMC
  • Proficient in Revit MEP modeling ( Fire Fighting , FAPA & PHE ) and Coordination of services
  • Revit MEP Services drawing and Coordinated Drawing Creation
  • Preparation of Revit MEP BOQ
