Lead - Partner Office Strategy

About the role

The role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives for the Partner Office channel by managing sales KPIs, designing R&R and incentive structures, overseeing MIS, and supporting campaign execution. The incumbent will ensure data-driven decision-making to enhance performance and efficiency within the sales hierarchy.

What you'll do

• R&R & Incentive Design
• Develop and implement attractive R&R programs and incentive structures aligned with business goals and finance approvals
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators for the sales team, ensuring consistent sales progression
• Track and analyze login, issuance, and recruitment metrics on a daily/weekly basis to provide actionable insights
• Work with business heads to launch and manage GTM strategies and segment-driven initiatives
