Lead - Partner Onboarding & Due Diligence

About the role

Responsible for end-to-end onboarding and ongoing due diligence of banking partners, payment partners and financial institutions. The role will ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, maintain accurate partner documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support partner relationships across geographies.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of banks, payment partners and financial institutions across multiple geographies
• Coordinate partner KYC/KYB, AML, financial crime due diligence and risk assessments in collaboration with Compliance and other relevant teams
• Conduct ongoing and periodic due diligence reviews of existing partners, ensuring documentation and approvals remain up to date
• Assess partner documentation, identify gaps and follow up with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of onboarding and review requirements
• Maintain accurate partner records, due diligence documentation, approvals and review timelines
