About the role

Q2 is seeking a highly motivated Lead Platform Engineer – Cloud Platform (AWS) to lead the engineering, operations, and continuous improvement of highly available , scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure supporting our mission-critical financial services platform.

What you'll do

  • Technical Lead & Engineering
  • Serve as the technical lead for cloud platform engineering initiatives
  • Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cloud platform services
  • Define engineering standards, platform best practices, and technical roadmaps
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers across Platform Engineering teams
