About the role

Connecting clients to markets – and talent to opportunity From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies. We are looking for a Senior / Lead Platform Engineer to lead our Automation team within Platform Engineering.

What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor a team of platform/automation engineers
  • Define and drive the platform engineering roadmap aligned with organisational goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (engineering, security, DevOps, leadership) to deliver scalable solutions
  • Establish best practices for GitOps, CI/CD, and platform governance
  • GitHub Enterprise (GHE) Administration & Governance
