About the role

The role requires significant professional judgment in influencing risk strategies, shaping policy enhancements, advising stakeholders and providing recommendations that strengthen risk management practices, protect the Bank from financial and operational losses, and support sustainable business growth.

What you'll do

• Drive risk governance and policy effectiveness through evaluation of risk exposures, emerging risks, portfolio performance and regulatory developments
• Develop, review, and enhance credit policies and operational guidelines for Wheels & Equipment financing products, including Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipment
• Conduct risk assessments for new products, programs, sourcing channels, and business initiatives
• Monitor portfolio performance across products, customer segments, geographies, sourcing channels, vintages, and risk categories
• Track key indicators such as delinquency trends, portfolio quality, concentration risks, credit losses, and policy deviations

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience

• Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA or B.Com
