About the role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Engineer with 7–11 years of software engineering experience to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should bring strong full-stack engineering expertise across Python/Node.js, REST APIs, microservices, modern JavaScript frameworks, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
What you'll do
- Lead the technical design and development of scalable enterprise applications and product capabilities
- Own the design and implementation of REST APIs, backend services, microservices, and application integrations
- Drive architecture and design decisions with an emphasis on scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and reliability
- Build and guide the development of responsive, reusable, and maintainable front-end components
- Lead application database design and ensure appropriate data models and integration patterns
