Lead Product Manager- Technical

Services is critical for the sustained, long-term growth of Mastercard.

What you'll do

• Own strategy and roadmap for AI and agentic capabilities across Payment Performance Intelligence
• Translate a deep understanding of our customers into products and solutions that drive significant customer value
• Balance the long-term direction of a product with today’s needs and constraints by fully understanding the technical, competitive, and commercial contexts of our products
• Partner closely with engineering, data science/AI, other platform/COE teams to ensure architecture quality, safety, evaluation, and observability
• Own PRDs, backlog prioritizations, story writing, dependencies, and release planning
