Create customer journeys and detailed flows of each interaction in a channel

What you'll do

  • Create customer journeys and detailed flows of each interaction in a channel
  • Create requirements based on business and customer needs, taking into consideration governing policies and regulations
  • Help Product Owners in detailing out customer experiences
  • Conduct post mortem to ensure effectiveness and completeness of fixes done
  • Create enhanced Help Center and Gigi flows and work with CX designers to implement recommended flows

What you need

  • 6–10 years in customer support & success
  • Any graduate
