Rental Manager

About the role

Take complete ownership of the end-to-end rental business of Mech On Site Pvt. Ltd. Develop and execute business strategies to expand the machinery rental vertical. Drive customer acquisition, identify new business opportunities, and onboard key clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with machinery owners, rental vendors, contractors, infrastructure companies, and customers.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute business strategies to expand the machinery rental vertical
• Drive customer acquisition, identify new business opportunities, and onboard key clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with machinery owners, rental vendors, contractors, infrastructure companies, and customers
• Lead end-to-end rental operations, including machinery sourcing, negotiations, contracts, deployment, utilisation, and return
• Negotiate commercial terms, rental rates, service agreements, and long-term contracts

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
• Project management
• Coordination
• B.Tech or B.E.
