Lead Project Management Specialist 2 - Quality

About the role

Reporting to the Regional Quality Leader, the Project Quality Manager will establish, maintain, and verify the implementation of project quality systems from the tender phase through execution, handover, and the warranty period. You will act as the primary liaison between project teams, customers, and external partners to ensure all contractual, legal, and internal requirements are met.

What you'll do

• Review and approve project-specific quality procedures, ensuring full alignment with project schedules and internal standards from tendering to execution phases
• Stakeholder & Customer Management: Act as the primary point of contact for quality issues
• Manage customer feedback, lead monthly quality reviews with Project stakeholders, and ensure customer requirements are integrated into all project phases
• Manage and track all deviations (Non-Conformities) and project risks
• Lead technical root-cause analysis (RCA) using globally recognized methodologies such as 8D, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to drive corrective and preventive actions
