Quality Analyst (Six Sigma Black Belt Certified) Location: Kolkata Experience: 10-15yrs Band: BPO 6Role Overview: TCS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst with Six Sigma Black Belt certification to lead and implement quality improvement initiatives across projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, data analysis, and quality management systems.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with organizational and client quality objectives. 2
• Use Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DMADV) to drive data-driven decision-making
• Mentor and train team members on Six Sigma principles and tools. 3
• Generate detailed quality reports and dashboards for stakeholders. 4
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs
