Lead Recruiter -Global Talent Acquisition & HR Coordination

About the role

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across international markets, supporting both technical and non-technical hiring needs within a globally distributed organization. You will manage recruitment priorities independently, develop sourcing strategies for specialized talent, and oversee hiring activities across multiple business entities.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end technical and non-technical recruitment across multiple geographies and business entities
• Manage hiring requirements across AI/ML, data center infrastructure, cloud technologies, software development, IT services, and corporate functions
• Coordinate permanent, contractual, consultant, and contract-to-hire recruitment processes
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche, senior-level, and business-critical positions, building proactive talent pipelines aligned with organizational priorities
• Manage candidate screening, assessments, interview scheduling, feedback collection, salary negotiations, and offer discussions
