About the role

Responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition and fulfillment of semiconductor and engineering hiring requirements while ensuring quality, speed, stakeholder satisfaction and recruitment compliance.

What you'll do

  • Lead talent acquisition strategy for Semiconductor and Silicon business
  • Manage recruiter teams and hiring programs across locations
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
  • Drive executive hiring, talent branding and pipeline development
  • Provide analytics and market insights to leadership
