About the role

The role is for a position in the Credit Research team, which supports many multibillion dollar asset managers worldwide. The team works as the virtual front-end analysts for clients, helping them find value in potential investment opportunities and thereafter, monitor the investment’s performance.

What you'll do

• Analyzing issuers via financial analysis, evaluating industry positioning, assessing business, management, and strategy, etc
• Building and maintaining financial models (historical and forecasts) and other investment related infrastructure supporting our credit recommendations and investments…
• Identifying investment catalysts and business risks, and forming an opinion on the said asset class/credits
• Authoring credit reports/memos, supporting and defending the recommendations in both verbal and written formats with portfolio managers
• Assessing the relative value of investment opportunities by interpreting risk–reward parameters, legal and capital structures, bond covenants, market drivers

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Research
• Capital markets
• CFA
• Credit appraisal
• Bloomberg
• Financial analysis
• Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA
