Job Description – Senior Research Manager – Mixed Methods Key Skills and Responsibilities (non-technical) : Understanding and sharing user perspectives to interpret both qualitative narratives and quantitative behaviors. Drawing out nuanced insights during interviews, focus groups and while interpreting survey feedback.

• Building capability in mixed methods approaches within the team
• Building trust with clients, internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
• Partnering effectively with analysts, designers, product managers, and other researchers
• Maintaining clear communication during project briefings, updates, and post‑study discussions
• Making insights accessible and persuasive through clear narratives and visuals
