Lead-Retail (Fragrances)

About the role

Proficient in data analysis and reporting to make informed business decisions Willingness to travel to different retail locations as needed Fluency in local language and English is required. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.

What you'll do

• Expansion of Kiosk strategy – aspiration to reach 100 Kiosks by FY 28
• Manage and oversee the operations of all retail locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Set sales targets and monitor performance to achieve revenue goals
• Train and motivate retail staff to provide excellent customer service and promote the brand's image
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify consumer trends and preferences
