What you'll do

• Be involved in end to solution implementation life cycle starting from Project Kick Off, Business Process Assessment (BPA) through transition to customer care
• Develop a thorough understanding of the application’s user interface, from both functional and business process standpoint
• Understand the Pricing and Revenue Management needs of the Airlines and be able to guide them with best practices and relevant use cases
• Understand the modelling involved in the Dynamic Pricing and Offer Optimizations Products and work with Operations Research teams to deploy/finetune the models for…
• Attend onsite customer meetings when required and support the project team in understanding customer's business processes and requirements
