Lead - Risk

About the role

To act as the independent risk control function for the product & execute all activities to provide assurance to SMT & above on credit risk & associated compliance/regulatory norms adherence through the below:

What you'll do

• Policy Effectiveness & Swap Sets: Assess whether current policies deliver expected outcomes. Compare policy versus actual performance
• Risk appetite thresholds, EWS triggers and portfolio cut-offs, in consultation with the reporting manager
• Escalation of policy breaches and control gaps
• Design frameworks to adhere to any compliance/regulatory changes.|~ 100 Cr. Of loan loss budget for the products Major Challenges
• Time taken by various stakeholders to adapt/ implement obligations/ actionable resulting in delay in finalization of checklist and further processing

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Reporting
• Underwriting
• MIS reporting
• Ind AS
• Budgeting
• Compliance
• Chartered Accountant or MBA
