Lead RPA Engineer

About the role

As an RPA Engineer, you will design, develop, and support automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes. Leveraging UiPath, .NET/C#, SQL, APIs, and modern integration technologies, you will determine the best automation approach for each use case, whether through RPA, APIs, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled solutions.

What you'll do

• Identify, assess, and deliver automation opportunities that drive measurable business value
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies
• Build integrations using APIs, .NET/C#, SQL, and workflow technologies to create scalable and resilient solutions
• Evaluate existing automations and recommend improvements through modernization, integration, or AI-enabled capabilities
• Own automation delivery throughout the lifecycle, including implementation, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement
