Lead Senior Associate | Business Analyst | Hyderabad | Engineering as a Service/ Operate

About the role

We are hiring a product-minded Senior IT Product Analyst to help build and scale the digital experiences that power the vehicle ownership journey. This role focuses on customer engagement, AI-powered service experiences, and ownership products across After-Sales, Ownership, Customer Care, and Service Operations.

What you'll do

• Own product features end-to-end, from problem definition through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs, operational challenges, and business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, workflows
• Build and prioritize backlogs while balancing customer value, business impact, technical complexity, and delivery timelines
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to shape scalable solutions, validate assumptions, and ensure successful delivery
• Define success metrics, monitor outcomes, and continuously improve products based on customer feedback and business performance

What you need

• 7–9 yrs of experience
• Prototyping
• Any graduate
