About the role

Being a critical role as part of the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations and the larger Enterprise team, this role is highly impactful to manufacturing, procurement, material planning, logistics and financial accounting operations. Independently own Supplier communications for Onboarding, Error resolution, and Compliance.

What you'll do

• Attending weekly business user group meetings to help understand and resolve outstanding business support issues
• Develop, document and maintain business system support processes and workflows
• Work with Business, SAP Enterprise team, Lucid EDI team, and EDI Vendor Support team to understand impact of development changes to support processes
• Develop relationships with business users and act as exclusive point of contact for EDI across the board
• Work with EDI support vendor to resolve any operational issues
