About the role

The Lead Software Engineer is a senior technical leader responsible for driving the design, delivery, and quality of high-impact product initiatives within their team and product area. This role combines deep technical expertise , product thinking, and AI-enabled engineering practices to help teams deliver customer value quickly, reliably, and sustainably.

What you'll do

• Proactively identifies opportunities for product, engineering, and process improvement within their team and product area
• Partners closely with Product, Design, and Team Leadership to translate customer and business needs into effective technical solutions
• Leads technical design, implementation, and decision-making for complex initiatives within their product area
• Promotes simplicity in architecture, design, and implementation
• Communicates technical concepts, trade-offs, and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What you need

• 7–10 yrs of experience
• Java
• CI/CD
• Customer success
• Any graduate
