About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead - Digital Channels Engineering to lead the design, development, modernization and delivery of enterprise digital channels and customer-facing web applications. The role will provide technical leadership across Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript and front-end architecture while driving engineering excellence, user experience, scalability and agile delivery.

What you'll do

Lead development of enterprise web and digital channel applications using Angular and React
Define front-end architecture, engineering standards and UI/UX best practices
Guide teams in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js and REST API integrations
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, architects and backend engineering teams
Drive code reviews, quality assurance, security and performance optimization
