Lead Software engineer

About the role

Level 5 will have all traits from Level 4 but sometimes will lead technical development on product/team/domain level. They may start taking responsibility for overall tech delivery & app ownership alongside their own software engineering output. They are experts of parts of the domain and technology used.

What you'll do

• Participate in code reviews and team ceremonies to better understand the work through planning, commit to clear achievable goals, drive appropriate prioritisation
• Participate in technical communities to advance shared capabilities and encourage innovation through exploration of new technologies and methodologies
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code independently. Participate in code reviews and ceremonies to ensure quality, share learnings, and celebrate successes
• Identify opportunities for reuse and automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and align on progress

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
• JavaScript

• Any graduate
