Lead Software Engineer - Manhattan WMOS - Pune, HYD India

About the role

The role requires deep technical expertise in WMOS , strong problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities to manage support teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure minimal downtime in warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Lead L2/L3 support for Manhattan WMOS and related warehouse applications
• Work with Engineering and Architecture teams to design scalable, high-performing solutions for WMS and final mile
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution for critical system issues, ensuring high availability and operational reliability
• Build and enhance proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms (e.g., ELK, AppDynamics) for improved system observability
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to prioritize and implement critical system improvements

What you need
