Lead Software Engineer

About the role

You’ll build the React frontend and .NET services that let teams, leagues and rights holders explore fan data, build audiences and act on insight, increasingly through AI-powered experiences. You’ll work in an AI-augmented way: using tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to ship faster, and building AI features directly into the product.

What you'll do

• Design, build and test scalable React/TypeScript applications and .NET APIs (C#, ASP.NET Web API/MVC)
• Build AI-powered UI features such as natural-language audience building, conversational analytics, AI-generated insights and summaries, and smart recommendations
• Design interfaces for AI interactions: streaming responses, loading and error states, citations and confidence cues, and human-in-the-loop controls
• Build APIs that expose fan behaviour analytics to the UI and to AI services
• Use AI coding assistants in your daily workflow, and help the team shape good practice: prompting, code review of AI-generated code, testing and guardrails
