Lead Specialist - Bid Management

About the role

This role requires strong expertise in proposal development, project management, stakeholder engagement, and business acumen to deliver compelling, compliant, and visually impactful proposals. You will be responsible for developing content strategies, producing high-quality bid responses, editing and designing proposal documents, and collaborating closely with the DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) team on a day-to-day basis.

What you'll do

• Responsible for supporting the Bid Manager/Director in managing the end-to-end bid process
• Be responsible for developing content strategies, producing high-quality bid responses, editing and designing proposal documents
• Synthesize and interpret complex information to shape bid strategies, strengthen proposal content, identify new business opportunities
• Play a key role in fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and a customer-centric culture within the shared services team
• Be interacting with Industry Practice teams in DIFC collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop high-quality
