About the role

And act as contract expert and trusted advisor to enable the utilization international and commercial contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements.

What you'll do

  • Oversee post-signature contract administration and vendor relationship management activities
  • Develop and maintain a centralized contract repository using vendor management tool
  • Monitor and validate spend reconciliation, consumption and SLA/KPIs tracking and coordinate with service owners for alignment
  • Support resolution of operational issues, underperformance, and incidents with root cause analysis
  • Implement and govern contract control frameworks; drive continuous improvement actions
