About the role
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. What can you expect? Power User is a subject matter expert in Health Benefits analytics who owns the end-to-end analytical workflow for a portfolio of client accounts.
What you'll do
- Lead Specialist / Manager - US Health
- Build PMPM, trend, and benchmark analyses for assigned client accounts
- Support production of Executive Summary, Financial Overview, and High-Cost Claimant reports
- Perform condition-level drill-downs to identify cost drivers across inpatient, outpatient, professional, and pharmacy categories
- Conduct utilization vs. unit cost decomposition to differentiate pricing inefficiency from volume-driven spend
