What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle including order receipt, validation, release, and change requests
• Ensure accuracy of purchase orders (POs) and sales order creation through thorough data checks
• Process and upload orders into SAP/ERP systems efficiently within defined SLAs
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies by collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Maintain high-quality data entry and ensure compliance with operational standards
