Lead Specialist - Quality Assurance

What you'll do

• Maintain delivery control through worklists, trackers, change logs, approval records and version history
• Coordinate review, approval and publication activity so final outputs are accurate, controlled and easy to use
• Support UK on key projects, regulatory/policy updates, operational resilience, acquisitions and process improvement activity
• Build effective working relationships with UK stakeholders, GCOE colleagues, Training, Compliance, Business Systems and operational SMEs
• Identify opportunities to simplify BAU documentation maintenance, improve handoffs and strengthen governance

What you need

• 3–4 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
