About the role

The purpose of this role is to oversee debt syndication deals within TCCL's infrastructure sectors, with a specific focus on managing a portfolio of debt and structured finance investments in Indian institutions operating within the infrastructure finance space. • Track the financial and operational performance of clients continuously
• Collaborate closely with the sales and credit teams on various deals
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of potential deals
• Ensure thorough due diligence in assessing the viability and risk associated with transactions
• Lead the closure of financing documents in compliance with regulatory requirements
