About the role

The Lead System Engineer - SD‑WAN is responsible for advanced operations, troubleshooting, and support of enterprise WAN and SD‑WAN environments. This role serves as a senior technical escalation point, ensuring network stability, performance optimization, and adherence to design and operational standards.

What you'll do

Provide L3 level support for WAN, MPLS, and SD‑WAN technologies in production environments
Handle complex WAN incidents and chronic problems , ensuring root cause analysis and permanent fix implementation
Perform advanced troubleshooting across SD‑WAN overlays, underlays, QoS, routing, and security integrations
Participate in network lifecycle activities including deployment, migration, upgrades, and optimization
Review and validate WAN/SD‑WAN designs and configurations against enterprise standards
