About the role

This role is within the Operations Management (OPM) team under unit of the Global Technology Engineering Services(GTE). The ITOC team is involved in offering/supporting monitoring services on Infra & network layers for different Business lines

What you'll do

  • Apply good operational & process driven services using ITIL framework
  • Able to manage the team effectively
  • Stakeholder management to present Monthly KPI’s / KRI’s and OKR’s
  • Maintain controls that are critical for the process
  • Strong in Infrastructure & Network support and monitoring

What you need

  • 5–8 yrs of experience
  • CI/CD
  • Ansible
  • Git
  • Linux
  • Terraform
  • Airflow
  • Any graduate

Good to have
