About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Systems Engineer to lead the system engineering function across our automotive electronics product portfolio, including Battery Management Systems, On-board/Off-board Chargers, Motor Controller Units, TCU, DC-DC Converters, and Vehicle Control Units.

What you'll do

Work closely with (customers') system and vehicle architects to understand and derive system requirements
Define functional requirements, technical requirements, robustness and reliability requirements for the product
Conduct systems- failure modes and effects analysis (SFMEA) and design-failure modes and effects analysis (DFMEA)
Modeling system level and vehicle level use cases and maintaining version controlled summary of traceability
Deriving system state and mode flow machine and behavior of the product and its effect on vehicle for each state and mode
