About the role

The ideal candidate will serve as an escalation point for complex incidents, drive automation initiatives, perform root cause analysis, and ensure high availability of mission-critical systems.

What you'll do

• Provide L3 support for Windows server infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex production incidents and drive quick resolution
• Manage Windows server lifecycle including installation, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning
• Support high-availability and disaster recovery solutions
• Automation & Continuous Improvement

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
• Windows Server
• PowerShell
• Azure
• VMware
• Active Directory
• Networking
• B.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or BCA

Good to have

• Python
• Splunk
• EDR
• Root cause analysis
• Performance management
