About the role

The Virtual Chatbot Team Lead will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Virtual Chatbot platform. This role ensures the chatbot delivers high-quality, scalable, and secure conversational experiences for employees, customers, and internal stakeholders.
