What you'll do

The Technical & Product Trainer will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical and product training programs for our dealership network and internal teams
This role focuses heavily on the Electric Vehicle (EV) segment for 3 Wheelers and Heavy commercial vehicles
Conduct hands-on technical training for dealer technicians on EV architecture, high-voltage systems, powertrain, battery and chargers
Train dealership staff on advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and the use of specialized OEM diagnostic tools
Educate teams on rigorous high-voltage safety protocols, safety gear (PPE) utilization, and emergency response procedures
