About the role

Trust Review Operations helps keep LinkedIn safe, trusted and professional. We review ads, jobs, accounts and content against LinkedIn's policies, work through escalations, and pass what we learn back to the Product, Policy, Engineering and Data Science teams that build our defenses.

What you'll do

  • Act as the weekend escalation point for Ads and/or Jobs review: resolve sensitive and high-priority escalations, coordinate with on-call partners
  • Build expertise in member account reviews, including account restrictions, appeals, fake or inauthentic accounts
  • Lead root cause analysis on recurring issues and escalations, and recommend fixes to processes, escalation criteria or tooling so the same problems don't keep coming back
  • Watch for emerging trends in advertiser and member behavior, check the data behind them
  • Collect, categorize and prioritize feedback on policies, tools and workflows, and feed it into policy development and review
