What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end turnaround scope definition, planning, scheduling, execution, and close-out
• Validate shutdown scope with Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Reliability, Engineering, and Project teams
• Develop work packs, execution plans, readiness reviews, resource plans, and contractor coordination strategy
• Monitor schedule, budget, productivity, safety, and quality performance during turnaround execution
• Support commissioning, startup, punch-list closure, and post-turnaround lessons learned

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• Mechanical engineering
• Root cause analysis
• SAP
• Maintenance
• Safety management
• MS Project
• B.Tech or B.E.
