Lead UX Designer

About the role

The work is high-stakes by nature: decisions made inside our products carry legal weight. We're looking for a Lead UX Designer to own design for critical areas of our product suite and to serve as a steward of our design system. Two things make this role unusual. First, you'll be working out how AI shows up inside these workflows.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end design for one or more product areas, from problem framing through delivery and post-launch iteration
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape solutions early, not just execute on requirements
• Translate in-flight product strategy into journeys, information architecture, and interaction patterns
• Define the interaction models for AI-assisted workflows: how users understand what the system did, why it did it, and how far to trust it
• Build accessibility standards into the system rather than retrofitting it
