What you'll do
- Understand project goals, user problems, and business objectives
- Define research objectives and choose appropriate qualitative and quantitative methods
- Create research plans, discussion guides, and test scenarios
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys
- Perform domain and desk research to build product and industry context
