Lead UXD- Insurance

About the role

We’re looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer with 7+ years of experience who can balance usability, aesthetics, and business objectives to create digital experiences users genuinely enjoy. In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of design projects , from understanding the problem and defining the design approach to final execution, developer handoff, and iteration.

What you'll do

• Conduct user research to gain insights into users behaviors, needs, and preferences
• Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers to define user personas and user journeys
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to illustrate product concepts and interactions
• Develop information architectures and navigation structures for optimal user experiences
