Lead - Vehicle Service- HV

About the role

You'll be working with Operations — a group that runs on coffee and an infectious passion for building products that have never been built before. What you'll do

• Building the entire process flow and systems for the heavy commercial vehicles (Bus)
• Manage end-to-end service operations including uptime, service and AMC TAT
• Develop service support and network in the defined routes / regions
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer experience
• Ensure timely and efficient resolution of service issues to meet customer satisfaction and organizational standards

What you need

• 10–12 yrs of experience
• Maintenance
• B.Tech or B.E.
