Benchmark manufacturing productivity metrics and establish best practices across group companies. Proven track record of leading large-scale manpower optimisation and productivity enhancement programmes. Senior business leaders with significant experience in manpower productivity, cost optimisation and manufacturing transformation will also be considered.

What you'll do

• Lead transformation across a diversified group
• Drive enterprise-wide productivity excellence
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide manpower optimisation strategies across multiple business units
• Identify productivity improvement opportunities through Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Drive shopfloor efficiency enhancement initiatives, including line balancing, work measurement and capacity optimisation

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• Lean manufacturing
• Six Sigma
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• Mechanical engineering
