Learning and Digital Content Designer

About the role

The Learning Media Designer creates high-quality, brand-aligned digital learning assets to enhance engagement and accessibility across the business. This role supports the provision of end-to-end support through content development and campaigns. The role supports strategic priorities by simplifying content creation, fostering collaboration, amplifying learning impact, and ensuring timely delivery of compliant, quality-assured learning materials.

What you'll do

• Authoring digital learning solutions from pre-recorded live sessions, storyboards and scripts collaborating with Learning Designers and Learning Developers
• Design digital learning templates and visual assets within eLearning authoring tools, ensuring accessibility, user experience, and brand alignment
• Produce and edit follow-up learning videos, motion graphics, and screen captures
• Manage multimedia assets (video editing, illustrations, icons, infographics)
• Maintain learning pages in the Learning and Talent Development (L&TD) Hub via SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
