Learning Partner (B2B MF Distribution)

About the role

We are looking for a high-energy Learning partner from the Channel / Distribution / IFA Ecosystem who thrives on the ground activating, enabling, and growing our B2B partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of business development and training, and is built for someone who loves being out there, building relationships, and making things happen.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end activation of B2B partners from onboarding to steady-state performance
• Train partner teams on new products and initiatives introduced by the company, ensuring clarity, confidence, and adoption
• Travel regularly across geographies to conduct partner meets, workshops, and one-on-one engagement sessions
• Build strong working relationships with key partner stakeholders and act as their primary point of contact
• Track partner performance metrics and proactively identify gaps; share actionable feedback with internal product and business teams

What you need
