About the role

The Learning Partner – Technical Capability & Workforce Transformation serves as a strategic advisor to the business, driving future-ready technical capabilities across MBRDI.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary Technical Learning Partner, building trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organization
• Consult with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, capability gaps, workforce challenges, and future skill requirements
• Translate business and technology strategies into scalable learning and capability-building interventions
• Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership teams to define and execute technical workforce transformation roadmaps
• Own and govern the Technical Learning portfolio, ensuring alignment to business priorities and emerging technology trends
