Lease Accountant

About the role

We are looking for Lease Accountant to be part of our Leasing Operations team. You will be responsible for the accounting and administration of the Company's global lease portfolio. This role requires strong accounting skills, attention to detail, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional organizations.

What you'll do

• Manage lease accounting activities within Lucernex, including lease setup, modification reviews, and generation of accounting entries
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities, including preparation and review of lease-related journal entries and account reconciliations
• Perform balance sheet and income statement flux analyses for lease-related accounts and investigate significant variances
• Support quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements, including lease disclosures and control certifications
• Maintain and execute SOX controls related to lease accounting processes and ensure compliance with internal control standards
